PROGRAM/SERVICE

The Artistry of K Thompson LLC (herein referred to as “The Artistry of K Thompson LLC” or “Company”) agrees to provide Educational Training (herein referred to as “Program) identified in online commerce shopping cart. Client agrees to abide by all policies and procedures as outlined in this agreement as a condition of their participation in the Program.

By using the Website, you signify your agreement to everything in these Terms of Use and our Terms of Purchase and Refund Policy. You also understand and agree that the Service may include sponsorships or advertisements. Most of these Services of The Artistry of K Thompson LLC, are provided free of charge. The Artistry of K Thompson LLC is an online store for sales training materials. You will be charged for any materials that you wish to purchase from us. Prices may vary. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display of delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

FEES

Initial Fee

The fee for the done for your Instagram Automation comes in two packages: $10k and $30k.

Monthly Staffing Fee

For the first month of the Term, the Business will pay to The Artistry of K Thompson LLC in advance a seven hundred and fifty dollar ($750) monthly staffing fee (the “Monthly Staffing Fee”) which in subsequent months will be included as part of the Net Revenue Fee.

Net Revenue Fee

Commencing with the beginning of the second month of the Term and continuing until the beginning of the month following the termination date of this Agreement, by the 5th day following the conclusion of the preceding calendar month, the Business shall pay to The Artistry of K Thompson LLC thirty percent (30%) of Net Revenue from the sales generated by the Store for such preceding month. “Net Revenue” means (i) all revenue less (ii) inventory cost, returns, prep costs, shipping fees and sales tax. The Net Revenue Fee shall be reduced for any Staffing Fee paid for such month.

Until the Fees are paid in full, The Artistry of K Thompson LLC shall have no obligation or liability to perform any Services.

REFUND POLICY

As there are significant staffing and hard costs, there is a strict no refund policy for marketing and consulting services. NO Exceptions!

Deposits are non refundable after 7 days.
